I just got a good feeling as soon as I walked in. Everyone working there seemed really chill and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable

This felt way too expensive for what it ended up being. I went in expecting a lot more to see and do, but it was over quickly. Some parts were cool, sure, but it kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving for what you were actually getting for the price. By the end, I left more annoyed than impressed. I definitely wouldn’t pay that much again.

The site was easy to use, but the content was way more graphic than I expected. It just wasn’t really my thing, so I ended up leaving quickly.

I bought my tickets online and the whole process was quick and smooth for me. I didn’t run into any major problems, but I do wish the time slots had been explained a little more clearly before checkout.

I went on a Saturday, so yeah... it was definitely busy, but not as chaotic as I expected. The staff did a good job keeping the line moving, and in most of the rooms, people were spaced out enough that it still felt comfortable.

A few areas did get kind of packed, especially around the more popular displays, so I had to wait a bit here and there. But overall, it seemed well managed, and I still had a good visit. I’d give it 4 stars

I went in expecting it to be basic, but I actually learned a lot. Like, a weirdly surprising amount. I’m totally calm about how much more interesting it was than I expected, obviously.

I went to Museum of Sex with my partner it had such a fun vibe right from the start. The lighting, music, and layout made it feel less like a typical museum and more like a cool night out. It was playful without being awkward, which I just really appreciated. The staff were chill too, and the whole place was easy to walk through. We left in a good mood and I’d definitely go again.

I went with a group i didn’t really know what we were walking into. Some of the exhibits were a lot more adult and explicit than I expected, like it wasn’t just educational in the way I had imagined. Maybe that’s on me for not looking deeper, but also I feel like the website could be way clearer about age appropriateness before you buy tickets. It’s not a terrible place or anything, and some parts were interesting, but I wouldn’t bring teens here. Also, if someone gets uncomfortable easily, they’d probably have a rough time

I was really impressed with how clean the bathrooms and exhibits were. The only small downside was that a few areas felt a little crowded, but everything was so well kept that it still made the visit really pleasant.

Before buying my tickets, I checked the refund policy because I always like to see if other people mention any issues with changes or refunds. Thankfully, everything was easy to understand and there weren’t any weird fine-print surprises hidden everywhere. I ended up having to change my plans, and the info on what I could do was really straightforward. Not every place makes that process simple, so I definitely appreciated it. Overall, it was a good experience

It was boring and didn’t feel worth the ticket price at all. I kept waiting for it to get better, but it never really did. And of course, dealing with the automated ticket system beforehand just made the whole experience even more annoying...

I actually had a fun time using the site. The interactive parts made it feel more interesting and kept me clicking around, which I think is a good sign, right? A few pages did take a little while to load, so that was slightly annoying, but overall I’d say it was a good experience.

Got some fun pics from it, so that was nice. I just wish the lighting had been a little better because some of this came out kind of dark.

I expected this to work better with a screen reader, especially since nothing made it seem like accessibility would be an issue. But using it was frustrating and not very smooth at all. I felt a bit misled, because it’s just not as accessible as I thought it would be.

I had a small problem with my tickets so I emailed customer service, I wasn’t expecting much. They replied quickly and got it sorted without turning it into a whole ordeal. I really appreciate when support is simple like that, it made the visit way less stressful
